Perfect room, perfect bedding, fridge, balcony, perfect bathroom, welcome gift in the room. Reception, lounges, restaurant decorated with taste, perfect.. Superb view of the lake. A vaporetto on Saturday and Sunday to see the island listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Perfect staff. Sublime dishes. Thank you for everything . We will be back. Thank you for everything. In town, a castle that Stendhal said was the Versailles of Milan. We already miss you!

Excellent hotel, quiet location, large and clean room with a small balcony and a view of the lake. Refined restaurant, excellent even with half board where we can choose from the menu! SUPER welcome!

The hotel is good overall and the location nice. Have booked this hotel because the restaurant has absolute good reviews. Can't even imagine after our dinner. Staff unfriendly, plate cold, food very average. Morning dinner until 10h00. At 9h15, cheese plate empty, no replenishment. Far and wide no staff, has to find someone himself and ask if we can get a coffee. The whole thing to me more appearance than being. Cannot recommend this hotel/restaurant.
