Abbazia Club Hotel Marotta

Well-organized and especially clean establishment..kind staff attentive to every request from the customer..room and bathroom very clean..breakfast more than good..a hotel establishment to recommend without a shadow of a doubt

Good value for money ok, room very clean, breakfast sufficient. Unfortunately it was very warm in the room as only one fan was available. The windows could not be opened at night, as there is a beach bar Trittoni directly opposite. Extremely loud techno music was played here until 3 a.m. A good sleep was therefore not possible. Staff mostly friendly. Parking was available behind the hotel, relatively expensive. They are easily accessible through the hotel's rear entrance.

Bad value for money. This is the hotel of meaningless things: already during the Reservation phase, they communicate that the room is equipped with a fan (I think of an additional thing) but they do not say that the whole floor is with the air conditioning OUT OF ORDER for who knows how long.... and with these temperatures! In the room there is a drying rack, but there are no clothespins. There is a fridge, but not even a bottle of water. There is an electrical outlet, but it is not next to the bedside table. In the bathroom there is no bidet!!! Breakfast (included in the rate) with coffee and cappuccino from the vending machine, bad taste: or if you want you can order them at their own bar (in the area next to the breakfast room) but for a fee! I mean, I'd lift one star, and maybe even two would be too many...
