The hotel is located on the provincial road to Castelfidardo, 5 minutes walk from the beginning of the historic centre, it is located in a small shopping center and has ample public parking. 80's style place. The first room didn't have any hot water or flush toilet and was ugly and dirty, half a year, then it was changed to one a little better but not 4 stars, more like 2. Price more for the price type of room, the rating would be 2 for the first room and 3 for the second, disappointment

Easy check in process. Super friendly staff. Happy hour was a nice addition. Clean and bright rooms. Very good air conditioning. Good breakfast selection. Well organised to help prevent spread of Covid 19. I love the Accordion theme running through the decor and art work in the hotel. Highly recommended and good value for money. I will be back!

Overall the hotel is good. Very busy outside the entrance (carpark of shops) and not easy to leave your car safely. (Italians don't care much) Once in the hotel the reception staff was friendly and professional. The accordion theme is visible everywhere. Our room was tidy and clean, although the bathroom was outdated, small and shower not to the required 4 star level. I could just squeeze myself (I'm slim!) in the shower (60cm x 60 cm). Breakfast and service: perfect ! Very nice staff and very helpfull.
