HOTEL SAN MARCO MAROTTA

Overall, the stay was positive: clean hotel, excellent cuisine, and courteous staff. However, there are some things that, in my opinion, should be improved. The most unpleasant was the ice management. We asked for ice for the white wine because it was served not very cold and, in fact, it was not pleasant to drink. We were told that they could not give it to us because, if they gave it to us, then everyone would want it. It is a pity that in the following days we saw another table, which was having lunch and dinner in the lobby, with a container full of ice and the bottle inside. Honestly, seeing this difference in treatment was not pleasant and leaves a bit of perplexity. Another small but important detail concerns the bathroom: in the shower, it would be really useful to put shelves for shampoo and body wash, since at the moment there is no convenient place to put them, even though their shampoo/shower gel is present in the dispenser. For the rest, nothing to say: we ate very well, the hotel was clean, and the staff was kind. It is precisely these small attentions and, above all, consistency in the treatment of guests that, in my opinion, can make the difference.

Nice hotel by the sea, it really lacks nothing. All the employees and the owners are at the customers' disposal and always very kind. The room was nice, food good and plentiful. We will gladly return

The hotel fully met our expectations: cleanliness, helpful and competent staff, excellent dining service (breakfast and meals), I want to emphasize the "gluten-free" aspect, which was always timely and handled well by all the staff... well done!!
