What can I say... a 5-star vacation from every point of view! I don't even know where to start, because we found everything truly fantastic. A special thanks goes to the manager Roberto: he was fantastic in every way and we will never stop thanking him, especially for the affection and attention shown toward our little Bryan. From the moment of booking, the receptionists were wonderful and incredibly professional, not to mention the thousand ways they pampered Bryan. A huge round of applause also goes to the entire dining room staff: the waiters were super, in particular Daniele, who was with us from the beginning, always ready to play with the child and providing very fast service that was attentive to every detail. The maître d', moreover, was extremely helpful and welcoming, as were Tomas and Cristiana, truly wonderful and very nice. The cleanliness is impeccable: the housekeeping staff are excellent, the room was always clean and fragrant. A special greeting also to Sandro, the parking attendant, who is uniquely charming! The property is stunning: we stayed on the first floor with a breathtaking view of the sea and pool. The spa is also very nice, with truly delightful reception staff. The food is of excellent quality, with desserts that are not only beautiful to look at but also delicious. We had so much fun during the Brazilian night and the baby dance! Finally, it was essential for us to find a facility that accepts dogs with so much warmth. In short, we found the hotel of our dreams: as soon as you enter, you immediately feel at home. We are already looking forward to returning!

Reggio Emilia, Italy 239247 RELAXING VACATION Review of Miramare Hotel & Spa Review pending approval Reviewed We returned after a year to this hotel where we had only been able to stay for a few days, and the excellent impression it had left us with was fully reconfirmed: all the staff were extremely courteous and helpful, the cleanliness of all the areas was good, and this time we were able to use the Spa, partly due to the bad weather on the day of our arrival, and I must say that this service allowed us to enjoy an afternoon of true relaxation. The restaurant is another strong point of this property with an always varied menu; it is impossible not to find something to your liking, with unlimited draft drinks, sorbet, fruit, and desserts in abundance at every meal. The property has a pool where we were able to enjoy an excellent aperitif and has the partner beach club "DINO 22" located right in front; you are on the beach in just a few steps with a beach umbrella with the possibility of tilting the pole, sun loungers, a hot shower, and cabins for changing and for storing children's toys and inflatables at your disposal. The room has all the comforts; I recommend those with a sea view. We had a side room that unfortunately overlooked a small internal street where every morning at 6:00 AM the vehicle that collected the glass acted as our alarm clock, even though the windows are quite insulating against outside noise, but it was the only downside of the vacation; the small terrace is equipped with a drying rack and a plastic chair. The parking lot is located two kilometers from the property and is connected by their shuttle; otherwise, you must choose the Deluxe room, which includes a parking space in the hotel garage. The hotel also has a gym and bikes; in short, there is really everything to relax and not think about anything!

Hotel that exceeded my expectations!! Perfect cleanliness, excellent quality food at the self-service for the cold items, the hot food is served by the staff in the dining room. The girls at the reception always with a smile, the Maitre d' and all the guys in the dining room and at the bar always kind and helpful. Spa not huge but where nothing is missing, from the pool to the relaxation area, from the whirlpool to the various types of massages. In short, you are pampered from arrival to departure! I recommend spending a vacation here... as I will do again next year
