My mom and I stayed at this splendid hotel for two days and we could not have asked for anything better. The property offers excellent customer service from every point of view. The breakfasts are excellent, rich, and with quality products, and served with a kind smile by Stefania. A special round of applause goes to all the staff, who are always extremely courteous, attentive, and helpful. We were particularly struck by their attention to detail: my mom had forgotten a t-shirt in the room and it was promptly recovered and returned with extreme elegance in one of their canvas bags. The additional services were also impeccable: the car-parking service was always punctual and efficient, while the massages in the Spa were performed very well, giving us a true moment of relaxation. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

Very nice hotel, centrally located. We had a spa room which included a dinner and an aperitif so it was very good value in my opinion.

Every year, my wife and I take a night at a property that has a spa and various comforts available for our anniversary. This year we chose Ascoli, in my very humble opinion one of the most beautiful cities in Italy, and for this reason we stayed at this property in room 400, a "suite" including a hot tub and sauna. The property is located right in the center, very convenient for visiting and getting around the city, and has an efficient "car valet" service that picks up your car as soon as you arrive and brings it back to you as soon as you leave. The spa is efficient and comprehensive, equipped with everything needed to relax for a couple of hours. Furthermore, since it requires a reservation, there is no "traffic." Breakfast is in line with other properties of the same level. We did not use the restaurant, so I cannot express any opinion. Despite this, I cannot refrain from illustrating situations that strongly compromised our comfort and our relaxation, given that, having a family and various commitments, we wait every year for these days to enjoy a well-deserved rest. Having requested and PAID FOR A SUITE, I did not expect the inconvenience of having a 2-story room with the bedroom on the ground floor and the bathroom on the second floor! What is the point of having the sauna next to the bed and the bathroom on the second floor? I understand that the building is renovated and the spaces are what they are, but in my opinion, something needs to be re-evaluated. Furthermore, in the bathroom, there is no furniture to set things on!!! Just a sink! My wife was forced to put her hair dryer and straightener on the floor! On the other hand, the whirlpool tub is very spacious, even if the faucets are a bit worn. There is no mirror on the lower floor... with the bathroom on the first floor, it is essential. Up to this point, however, FOR ONE NIGHT, I would have been sufficiently satisfied. The thing that TOTALLY disqualifies this particular room, however, is that you are practically sleeping on the street: the room is located on the ground floor and between the bed and the outside sidewalk/street there is a huge frosted glass window equipped with an electric blackout shutter. This window IS NOT SOUNDPROOFED IN THE SLIGHTEST! I don't know if people outside can hear you talking inside, but I can assure you that if someone whispers on the sidewalk outside and you are silent in the room, you will hear them perfectly! Relate all this to a Saturday night with a party in the center and with movement and confusion until 3 or 4 in the morning... Luckily the limited traffic zone saved us from dozens of mopeds, cars, and motorcycles, but more than a dozen passed by (yes, I practically counted them since I wasn't sleeping). For me, with my eyes closed, it was as if my bed were on the sidewalk and people were walking right next to me. You can imagine my regret and disappointment during those hours of the night! At check-out, when the girl at the reception asked the fateful question "how was your stay?", I was unable to start a conversation given my confused state due to sleeping 2/3 hours in broken segments, and I brushed off the question with a simple "ok". One comes here to relax and recover and leaves more devastated than before! You cannot rent a room like that, passing it off as a "Suite" and, above all, charging for it like a suite! I am very disappointed and regretful about this because it was not what we would have expected from a property like this. We will return to Ascoli but, reluctantly, no longer to this property.
