Hotel Alexander

Good evening, I stayed at the Mia Hotel, I had the Deluxe sea view.... unfortunately, in the booking phone call they had told me oceanfront, but alas, I got a side sea view, a small room with little space at an oceanfront price..... Justifying that they couldn't give me the oceanfront one because during the day you couldn't rest due to the noise of the hot tub above in the pool. Honestly, information not given in the phone call. Too bad because the room cleanliness was 10 out of 10, the breakfast was sufficient, unfortunately little choice.... the ladies were very kind and always ready to help all the guests, but unfortunately it certainly does not depend on them but on orders from above. Very beautiful pool but lack of a lifeguard and posts that move around the pool, stable posts and illuminated steps would be needed to avoid the risk of slipping. Oceanfront beach, nice bathroom, but the sea is immediately deep, too bad... It would have been 5 stars, but unfortunately due to some information not provided during the phone call, I am sorry, I give it 2. Clarity is needed.

Hello, hotel practically on the sea, very clean and tidy. Welcoming and kind staff ready to satisfy your every request. Our room, although standard, was very spacious with modern decor. Presence of a mini fridge with a replacement of the Bottles of water every day. Pets are allowed but cannot enter the area dedicated to breakfast. Good and comprehensive breakfast, not European because it lacks bacon and sausages but really good. Really beautiful rooftop pool that allows you to swim while being able to see the sea. However, there is no service at the pool like a lifeguard and there is no small bar, perhaps to have an aperitif while in the pool. The only off note is that at the time of booking it was not said that for the half-board plan you had to leave the hotel and go to the restaurant across the street. But they allow you to deduct this expense if you do not want to take advantage of this plan. In conclusion, a nice experience at a hotel that, with small adjustments like the pool bar and clarity regarding dining, could get top marks.

We had a very good time, room cleanliness was excellent as was the breakfast. Kind and helpful staff. Proximity to the sea. We will return.
