Nautilus

As a family of four with two children (aged 8 and 12), we spent a wonderful week at Nautilus Family Hotel, staying in a sea-view room. From the moment we checked in until the day we left, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. One of the things we appreciated most was the hotel's atmosphere. Most of the staff primarily speak Italian, which made our stay feel authentic. At the same time, communication in English was never a problem. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The beachfront location is fantastic, with direct access to a beautiful, well-maintained beach. Everything is just a few steps away, making it incredibly convenient for families. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. Our room was spotless every day, and the same high standard was evident throughout the hotel, on the beach, and in all the facilities. It was clear that the staff take great pride in maintaining the property. Although our children didn't participate in many of the activities, the entertainment team did an outstanding job creating a fun, welcoming, and energetic atmosphere. The entertainment and children's activities are primarily in Italian, which adds to the authentic Italian experience, but they were easy to follow and felt inclusive for international guests as well. We simply can't say enough good things about Nautilus Family Hotel. It combines outstanding hospitality, excellent facilities, a beautiful beachfront location, and a genuinely authentic atmosphere. We wholeheartedly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday, and we would not hesitate to return.

Positive experience at the Nautilus, a perfect property for entertaining our 2-year-old daughter. Everything is taken care of in detail, staff always smiling and helpful. We had an unfortunate incident on the beach due to other obviously rude guests, and both at the reception and at the beach club, they were incredibly kind and helpful. In our opinion, the Nautilus has some small shortcomings, so small that they are easily solvable to reach the top. Mainly due to the restaurant, where in the dining room, for example, the staff are all kind and helpful, but some lack a bit of "attention," especially when it came to informing us about the ingredients in the dishes to give to our daughter. The food is really excellent considering the number of covers, but desserts do not exist; there are only tartlets in various shapes with the same creams every day, every meal. Considering the level of the rest, it is really a blemish in our opinion. The beach is beautiful, with a sandy bottom and, for the most part, calm and warm water, perfect for letting our little girl play. Umbrellas are a bit too close together; a hot shower is available. This is a hotel to definitely return to!

The hotel offers everything it proposes, with good meals and standard services for children. Since we have a two-year-old girl, we did not take advantage of the entertainment. The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent. The management of the menu and the area used for food is, in our opinion, in need of revision: a greater variety of buffet options is needed (especially regarding fruit at breakfast) and there is no head waiter to coordinate the staff and the management of tables by guests. It would be necessary for each table to be assigned to a room. We did not find an entertainment offer or a playroom reserved for children aged 0-36 months (including a nursing area), despite a significant presence of families with children in that age group.
