I stayed 5 nights at this hotel and for what I paid, I am not satisfied. When you book a 4-star hotel, you expect there to be included services or at least quality ones. Service not the best, lunch and dinner à la carte with a menu that was always the same. I ate there two evenings and both times they didn't have what I wanted to order, in addition to having waited an hour both times. Service was really slow considering we ordered two pinsas, and the next time the dishes were cold. Monotonous breakfast with little variety to choose from. The spa was not included and cost 25 euros per person for a limited time.... Insane. Wellness center prices are very high. Besides that, you also have to pay for a sunbed and umbrella, since there are many free beaches, otherwise you walk around with your own towel looking for shade. The only service that I find fair to charge for is parking. Beautiful room of the right size, but faulty lights that kept turning off on their own every other minute. However, it is inconceivable that during the cleaning service, a new shoebox was taken and thrown away, which I had purchased on vacation the day before (the box was empty because I was wearing the shoes). I am giving it 3 stars because overall the hotel is aesthetically beautiful and enjoys the convenience of being beachfront; otherwise, I would have given it 2 stars.

We spent one night at the Life Hotel Seaview & Spa and we strongly advise against it. Paying over $130 a night for such accommodation is absurd. Our room (no. 06) was located outside the main building, before the lobby, wedged between the pedestrian walkway, the garage ramp, and the train tracks. Every guest with a rolling suitcase walked by making noise in front of our door, to which was added the constant racket of the trains. Sleeping was impossible. The room looks like an old, repurposed utility room. Zero natural light: the window is frosted glass (otherwise from the outside you would see straight into the toilet) and is covered by a roller blind, leaving the room constantly in the dark. The bathroom radiator is rusty and has peeling paint. The controls for the lights and air conditioning barely worked. At check-in we were even told not to touch anything and never to remove the card. Payment was demanded in advance, even before seeing the room. To our complaint, the receptionist responded dismissively, saying that the rooms are all like this and that to get something better you have to book the sea view. We left after only one night. Avoid.

Let's start with the welcome... nonexistent... if I feel like it, I'll answer... the room with a view of the railroad... on the ground floor... I think I have never slept in a worse situation... breakfast at the bare minimum... the location, on the sea, but on the extreme outskirts of Porto Recanati...
