We stayed on a half-board basis and had a great time; everyone was very kind, cleaning was perfect, and there was a vast choice of food with a rich buffet and table service. I recommend it!

We stayed for a week with half board. A piece of advice I would give is to stay with breakfast only. Cuisine 👎🏽 The rest is okay.

We arrived with our family hoping for a pleasant stay, but we left with a strong sense of dissatisfaction. The most critical point is undoubtedly the dining service. The quality of the food was poor, with dishes often tasteless and excessively small portions. In addition, there was a disarming monotony: the menu was extremely repetitive, with the same offerings recurring day after day, such as the sliced Pan bauletto served both at dinner and lunch, which was clearly leftover from breakfast. The dining service also left much to be desired. We noticed excessive haste in clearing the tables, giving customers the unpleasant feeling of being a burden rather than guests. In particular, the behavior of one waiter (a dark-haired young man with long hair) and the dining room manager (the maitre) was unprofessional: we found a lack of empathy, little willingness to meet requests, and an overall rude attitude. Furthermore, we noticed deficiencies in the room's amenities, which was even lacking a hairdryer. By talking to other tourists present at the facility, we realized that we were not the only ones to have this negative experience. Given the treatment we received, we will definitely not return to this vacation center and we do not feel comfortable recommending it to anyone looking for a guest-focused vacation. I strongly advise against this place!!!!
