I stayed in this hotel with my family and we'd like to come back there again. The staff was super polite and helpful. Our suite was amazing! Great view, clean and beautiful room, big jacuzzi. You can't hear noise from the outside, despite the fact that there were often some street singers. The child liked the swimming pool a lot. There are different water levels that can be suitable even for the youngest kids. And the food was exceptional!!! 🤩 I highly recommend to include breakfasts in your stay. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location, small and decent room, breakfast below average, acceptable welcome. From a four-star hotel you expect something more.

It is absolutely not a hotel that can be called a 4-star hotel in my opinion. Considering that I paid 264.99 for two nights for a small single room with a double bed thinking it was a 4-star hotel, beyond the tiny size of the room, the room does not have any 4-star standards: the view is facing another building, the bathroom has a bad smell of mold, in addition to the fact that it really all needs to be redone because being very old it also seems dirtier, the pool is very large but definitely needs to be renovated. Bikes are provided but for a fee. Parking is available but for a fee. The breakfast cannot be from a 4-star hotel, too poor in my opinion. No particular mention of the staff, quite apathetic. Disappointing
