Facility with very questionable reliability. To access the hotel you have to cross a ZTL (limited traffic zone) and the hotel communicates the license plate to the municipal police to avoid fines. Despite communicating the license plate upon arrival, after a month a fine of about $70 arrives for driving in a ZTL zone. Having contacted the facility, they told us to pay within 3 days and subsequently they would have reimbursed us; too bad that the refund never arrived despite numerous reminders, including via certified email. To date, no response from the property.

Absolutely not a 4-star hotel, let alone superior. Rooms and furniture obsolete, old and depressing. Breakfast sufficient. The only positive aspects: location, accessibility, and parking. For the rest, I honestly would not return. I expected much more.

Very beautiful building, in an excellent location. Staff helpful and friendly. It is a shame that the rooms are very dated, with peeling doors and faucets full of limescale. Breakfast.... Not 4-star quality. The rooms should be renovated and the walls given a nice fresh coat of paint.
