Hotel in a fantastic location, with a priceless view of the Borromean Islands. Very charming period villa, with delightful little gardens and fountains, many outdoor spaces where you can relax and admire the view. Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, with a delightful little balcony with a lake view. Nice and very kind owners, excellent and varied breakfast. Each room has an assigned table which avoids confusion in the dining room. Halfway between Stresa and Baveno, both reachable in a few minutes.

Excellent in every way. A gem. Wish I had found it years ago. I go to Stresa twice a year. From now on I will always stay here.

Great hotel with great views of the lake. Lovely owner. We spent a stay full of tranquility. The private parking of the hotel is very convenient. Breakfasts are very good
