Hotel Al Castello

Very pretty and fine city hotel. The owners are very friendly. We particularly liked the breakfast with delicious cappuccino, homemade bread, cake, and cookies.

Super charming hotel (with a real room key!). We thought it was closer to Serravalle outlets but it was only a 20 minute drive and we were happy to stay in this cute town. Booked a family room (w2 bedrooms with a bed in the main room as well. Small-ish but comfortable and excellent air conditioning (it was boiling hot in Italy when we were there). Staff was so kind and welcoming and the breakfast was lovely (including freshly made muffins and eggs cooked to order). Parking is a little crowded but we managed to find space.

We stayed one night at Hotel Al Castello in August 2026 when we were passing through to the south of Italy. Gavi is a beautiful village and El Castello an ideal Hotel to stay. We had booked a room for 4 people with air conditioning. The three rooms were very neat. The beds were spacious and equipped with a decent mattress. The bathroom also met all expectations. We paid about 180€ for 4 people, breakfast included. The staff is very friendly. Price quality couldn't be better!
