We stayed 5 days in the hotel and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The great assets of the hotel are staff, staff, staff and the nice pool, the restaurant, the spa and the spacious and clean room. All elements are there to relax and enjoy. We especially and recommend the winetasting by Daniela. We bought some bottles from the estate, which we now enjoy at home. We want to come back in the future

Spinerola Nature Living should become the eighth wonder of the world today!!! Without too many buts and ifs. Do you know when everything is enchanting? When everything around you makes you say wow? When every person you come into contact with who works there makes you feel welcome and at home? These are the feelings and emotions that this place conveys. A place immersed in nature that allows you to forget everything and enjoy the beautiful things that surround you. Let's start with the location, which I believe is perfect: half an hour from the city of Asti and other towns, so if you want to go around, you can do so peacefully without feeling confined. Ample parking, impossible not to find a free spot. There are several free parking spaces available for customers. The entrance door opens automatically, and if you have your hands full of bags and suitcases, it is a great convenience. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a blonde-haired girl who was truly perfect, both in welcoming us and in explaining everything we needed to know about our stay. Ultra spacious room, well-lit and with air conditioning. To enter the rooms, they give you a code instead of a key, absolute convenience so you don't have to remember to always take the key with you. Given the hot day, we immediately took advantage of the pool, which is nothing short of fantastic: it has two entrances, both with steps, one side deeper and one where you can stand. All around there are comfortable lounge chairs with umbrellas for sunbathing and a lifeguard available for towels and anything else that might be needed. The pool is very large, with water at the right temperature and a view of the hills on one side and the building on the other; in short, a true corner of paradise. When you are there, you truly feel good, due to the silence and the view!! And shall we talk about the spa?! One of the most beautiful and new ones I have ever seen!! Available to guests staying there and by reservation, so as not to be too crowded. It's a shame we used it little because we prioritized the pool, but in the winter, in my opinion, one wouldn't want to leave there anymore. The absolute rating, I think, should be given to the restaurant!! Oh my, what dishes!!! True masterpieces, presentations that looked like paintings and of a deliciousness that makes you appreciate every single bite. The wine cellar is amazing, there are labels for every budget and every taste. Undisputed quality ingredients; even at breakfast, everything we ate was incredibly good. In short, guys, I could write another thousand pages to speak well of this place; truly, you can't find a flaw even if you try to invent one. And if we add that throughout all this, all but truly all the staff has always been very kind and helpful, it can be said that as a location and services, it deserves to be a 7-star luxury place!!! Absolutely recommended, we can't wait to return!!! Well, perhaps I found one flaw: the Wi-Fi lasted too little; I found myself having to log in multiple times a day, but I would say that is really a triviality considering everything else.

Hotel complex: top-notch. Food: Top-notch. Restaurant service: very good. Hotel management: well, not great. Reception service: well, not great. We highly recommend the serving staff in the restaurant and the food. The hotel complex is beautiful, well-maintained, and clean. The room was nice and modern, but to get to our own bathroom, we had to go out into the hallway, and there was no direct connection to the room. In our opinion, this is too expensive for the price of EUR 270 per night, as it was not marked at the time of booking, and the room is a more expensive category than the standard room. We would like to highlight the food and service in the restaurant at lunch and dinner. The service staff are very warm, put in a lot of effort, and do a great job. Unfortunately, the manager of the restaurant/hotel upset us very much. Breakfast is not allowed on the sun terrace, only in the dining room. As soon as external guests arrived at the restaurant for lunch or dinner, hotel guests received the worst tables, even though we stayed for 3 nights and had every meal in the restaurant. This makes one feel unwelcome as a hotel guest, even though one has consumed a lot. When we then ordered a cold coffee from her, we were told there was no time for that... We paid EUR 80 for lunch (for just one course and an Aperol), so that should be included. Unfortunately, the reception was also not satisfactory. When we arrived on the morning of our check-in day, we were greeted with "You are too early." A no-go for us. When we asked the reception for help with a reservation at another restaurant, the response was: "The restaurant is still closed in the morning." After a long back and forth, we gave up. On the day of our departure, we wanted to stay at the pool a little longer and leave after lunch. We were told at check-out that we could only stay until 2:00 PM. However, there are regularly external guests visiting the pool. When we packed up at the pool at 1:55 PM, the receptionist came and said very unfriendly: "I said you must leave by 2:00, pack your things." The pool area was empty. Not acceptable at this price. The head of service at the restaurant/hotel and the reception was very unfriendly, unhelpful, and inflexible. The rest of the staff and the food are great!
