Dear Villa Porta team, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for the wonderful stay with you. My praise goes to the entire team that made our stay so special: Reception: The two ladies at the reception were simply super – a big compliment! Gastronomy: The waiters at "Tiffany" were great, and the ladies at breakfast gave us the perfect start to the day every morning with their good mood and a smile. Beach crew: The team at the beach was simply great and remarkably attentive. The soul of the house: A very special thank you to the manager – always positive, warm, and extremely accommodating. Highlight: The "Bond Night" was a spectacular experience! Drinks, food, music, and the crew were absolutely super. We will definitely be back and send warm greetings, Beate and Manuel.

Horrible experience. We arrived for a wedding that had been planned for 1 year. We booked our room in the summer of 2025, a two-terrace suite facing the lake and paid for it in advance. When we arrived and checked in we were put in a room with no terraces which was half the price of the room we paid for. The manager, Joanna Tardivo, apologized and said that they gave our room to somebody else who was staying at the hotel for 1 week. I couldn't believe this!! I then asked for a refund of the difference in price between what i paid for and what we received. She refused to provide a refund saying only that "the owner" will give you 1 0% discount! I refused and have contacted American Express for a refund. Horrible service, horrible food, horrible horrible experience.

Amazing hotel and value for money. The views on the lake, the service and the food offering were exceptional. Thank you to all the team. Perfect get away for a couple.
