Terrible hotel, very dingy.... Strongly discouraged. Terrible experience.

We stayed only one night, and we did not take advantage of all the hotel services as we came only to go to Zoom. I find it absurd that in a 4-star hotel, my daughter, who is celiac, was offered only rice cakes and packaged gluten-free wafers for breakfast, when I had previously informed them of her dietary needs! My daughter paid like all the other guests, and for her, there was practically nothing for breakfast, while other guests had a rich buffet. I find it absurd that in 2026, with the vast array of gluten-free products available on the market, a 4-star hotel could not provide her with food like the others! Terrible service!

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience. The hotel is very noisy: woken up from 6.30am by the breakfast service from the lower floor. In the evenings, until 9pm, the music from the gym (located right next door) was broadcast at a very high volume, not to mention conversations in the corridors. The stay was therefore not relaxing. From the time of booking we receive many promotional messages for the spa, gym, dog supplement... everything is additional. This gives an impression of excessive marketing. Finally, the breakfast is okay without being exceptional. For my part, the services do not correspond to the standing of a 4-star hotel.
