Nothing to object on the dishes, excellent raw material, good service, the sore note in my opinion are the covered prices (5 euros a.peraona) water (5 euros a.bottle) and a "normal" glass of Nebbiolo d'Alba at 12 euros... it seems frankly too much... so half satisfied

arrived at the scene the perception is to be out of the ordinary context to enjoy some relaxation, but the staff on site makes you completely pass the craving. we were greeted by a lady who had good only the presence, very rude and grumpy. reprimanded - in front of us - one of her foreign colleague. she left without even asking what we wanted to order. we only heard screaming and swearing. people accusing each other of drinking (it was 10 in the morning) so we had only one coffee and ran away.

Could not find a defect. Amazing location, a chalet of yesteryear, wonderful rooms, warm and welcoming dining area, the San Giorgio salon impossible to describe for too many, beautiful details. Friendly and smiling staff, from Laura to reception, to Maitre Massimo, ending with chef Carlo, spearhead of a close-knit team. A fondue with raclette, toma and fontina, soft and delicate trumpet, an unstructured granny cake with almond dragees. Quality bubbles and lots, lots of sympathy and professionalism. We will definitely be back.
