Hotels with urgent need of Restailing . Very dated with overused furnishings and carpets!!! Staff both at the reception and at breakfasts very nice and helpful. Small rooms and bathroom , not very hot and quite sad , very basic breakfast ( good cappuccino ) . Convenient to the facilities and the town center. Not cheap for the price paid!!!!

The laminate floor was in loose sheets on the floor and stuck up about 1 cm in the gaps. Shower delivered only a little tired jet. The location is good and breakfast quite ok. War zones are of a better standard than this hotel. Recommend no one to visit. Tried to change rooms but did not get a hearing.

Terrible hotel with good location near lift Otherwise disaster. Responsive, dirty, ugly, no service and a completely substandard breakfast where everything was missing. The last day there's not even coffee. The bathroom was a joke. The elevator didn't feel safe. Ski room wet and cramped. When someone stood at the reception they were unhelpful and could barely speak English. Not a hello or a smile for 4 days.
