Hotel Bellamonte

Absolutely NOT 4 stars! Very uncomfortable beds, there isn't even a phone in the room to communicate with the front desk and there is no air conditioning (I would say the minimum for a 4-star hotel). Truly embarrassing food, nothing is salvageable, service is kind but certainly cannot make up for the poor quality of the restaurant. Terrible

We were welcomed with politeness and kindness, the room was very clean and corresponded to our reservation, upon our arrival we found an alternative dinner with a magnificent barbecue served at the hotel's outdoor bar, exceptional meat, the breakfast lacked nothing from pastries to croissants to savory items, in short, spectacular, the restaurant dinner with a choice of tasty and abundant dishes, all the staff pampered our children: The pool is warm and very fun for adults and children, the view is spectacular, in short, we will return in September before school for a rejuvenating weekend Thanks to everyone

We stayed at this property for four days and unfortunately we noted the poor quality of this hotel that boasts 4 stars. I must premise that we had a two-month-old baby and the mother was assigned a room where, to enter, she had to go up a couple of steps; imagine the constant inconvenience in accessing it. Also, the room was not very big to even contain the travel crib, which, by the way, was requested at the time of booking, so it was taken for granted that we would have a stroller. We were assigned a room with a bathroom for disabled people but with a tiny shower; we didn't understand the combination. The beds were covered with a minimum of sheets that came undone every night, putting the foam mattress on full display. As for the restaurant service, apart from the breakfast which was quite rich in variety, the dinner vegetable buffet consisted of cucumbers, lettuce, and tomatoes, and the menu was not up to par. Let's not even talk about the table service; the staff needs a complete overhaul. If we then go on to analyze the spa, nothing positive; just the fact that they ask for €20 to enter (something we noticed on the final bill) to use the pool and the relaxation area because the Turkish bath was turned off, and other things were not working. A very unpleasant thing was also seeing from the final bill that my daughter had a massage and was also charged for the spa entrance (so, in addition to the massage, you also have to pay for the entrance). And I will stop here, so I would say that we will definitely not return to this property and we are still wondering how it manages to have four stars..😳
