Hotel & Res. Maciaconi

The Maciaconi hotel was excellent! Max one of the concierges could not have been kinder and was also extremely helpful during our stay. The hotel is close to the ski lift and the staff and service throughout was exemplary. there is an excellent spa area and heated swimming pool. Once again thank you for making our stay so memorable and Max, you are a star!

Short but excellent stay at Hotel Maciaconi. Well located, comfortable, excellent food, good spa. Highly recommended for a ski trip or an active holiday.

Undecided whether to give two stars or three , opted for three stars of encouragement to improve. In relation to the price , 3 adults in triple 600 EUR per day , half board. Far below the cupboard as a reception, we had to unload and load luggage from the garage in a separate building , staff appear very stressed and in some cases respond inappropriately. Breakfast far below the standards as choice and as spaces, Excellent dinner. Triple room too small with huge bathroom, broken shower door. Spa very undersized so for us unusable. Clean environment. Structure recently renovated with taste.
