For the second consecutive year, I accompanied a group of people, and the experience was positive. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with cordiality and professionalism. The owners and all the staff distinguish themselves by their kindness, helpfulness, and attention toward the guests, always ready to satisfy every request with a smile. The passion with which they manage the property and the care they dedicate to the details are evident. The hotel is excellent: the environments are always tidy, clean, and well-organized, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay. The cuisine deserves a separate chapter, as it is truly excellent. Every day we found dishes prepared with care, tasty, varied, and abundant, with quality ingredients and always attentive service. Every meal was a true pleasure. What makes this hotel special is the atmosphere you breathe. Thanks to the perfect management of the owners and the availability of the entire staff, every guest feels as if they were among friends. The location is also a great strong point: convenient for reaching the ski lifts and also perfect for walking among the shops and experiencing the center. Finally, the SPA area and the gym deserve a mention, both well-kept, modern, and perfectly equipped. Ideal environments for indulging in moments of relaxation and well-being during your stay, contributing to making the experience even more pleasant and complete.

Family holiday with group of friends and children. The hotel is in an excellent location. Excellent shuttle service (3 minutes from the 5 lakes gondola- 5 minutes spinal cable car) Great food with various choices, same thing for breakfast. New and well equipped wellness centre Very kind staff We will be back next year!!

Beautiful structure and impeccable reception! We had been there last year and this year we are back! Excellent shuttle service to reach the ski resorts in the morning and return to the hotel in the afternoon. Wardrobe a little small but just for the bare necessities!
