We stayed at this hotel with a half-board and spa package. Clean room, good spa service, terrible dinner. A 4-star hotel where a buffet dinner was expected, without having been informed, we found ourselves with a first and a second course without alternatives, of poor quality. Too bad, from a 4-star one expects more

If you want to spend a holiday treated with great courtesy and professionalism, lntermonti is the po I'm right. Very courteous staff and on duty H24. He assists you with any need. Common parts, Gym, pool and spa beautiful. Large ski room with possibility to use table to prepare skis. Ideal for ski clubs and avid skiers. Ski lift less than two minutes walk. Spacious rooms. To review the heating, a bit dated, but closing the radiator you're done. Also recommended for families. Well connected by public transport to the center of Livigno and the Carosello 3000 lifts, on the opposite side of the valley.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days for Easter, true that some rooms would need to be renovated but always clean and change towels made every day even without requiring it. Varied breakfast with prevalence of sweet foods, dinner with choice of 2 first 2 second courses fresh fruit and desserts. On Easter evening rich buffet and delicious desserts. The staff was friendly and helpful.
