I was at dinner and I must say that you eat very well! The staff very kind and professional but I must say that at the time of payment Mrs. Uliana was really unprofessional telling me that I was the most unpleasant guest I have ever had. All this because I had asked for a receipt equal to the amount paid and not equal to the entire account. At the curtain I never happened that this procedure could not be done and I felt mortified and was surprised by the verbal aggression shown towards a client who made a simple request for logistical business travel issues. I ate very well but I would not recommend going there nor will I return. I must say that all the staff who saw me shaken outside apologized on behalf of the facility and consoled me! I've never been attacked by an exhibitor.

Unfortunately we were only here for one night; we wished it had been more. The hotel stay was perfect. We were upgraded to a junior suite and the room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally large and well appointed. We had dinner in the Taverna onsite and the staff and food were wonderful. I left before breakfast for an early morning start to a long hike and the staff arranged a to-go breakfast for me. My wife slept in and took advantage of their spa for a massage. We both got exactly what we wanted! Be sure to check out the view from the back of the hotel; it was incredible!

This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are spacious and very light. There is ample parking facilities. The spa was well used by the group and was very good. We ate in for dinner once and the food was very good. Great help also with wine selection! The breakfasts are fantastic with a lot of choice. The hotel also provides a shuttle service into Cortina. The walks back is probably about 20 mins. By far the best thing about this hotel is the staff! The receptionists are so very very helpful. Nothing a too much trouble for them ! Highly recommended
