I confirm what everyone else wrote about the inadequacy of food and the size of the rooms, suffocating. In some the wardrobe doors do not open completely because there is a bed. I also confirm great location and thorough cleaning, but what is absurd is the management for reservations. A contact person, such Federica, stubborn, arrogant, approximate in answers and last but not least, never heard of before, a reservation that although it was made two months before does not provide in the most absolute way to take out a travel cancellation policy. In the confirmation email it was specified that there were cancellation conditions with the possibility of taking out the policy with additional price. But Federica said that the email was not updated to the current conditions of 2025 that did not provide policies. A sort of Booking offer, but without saving and without even guarantees. RUN AWAY! Never seen such a lack of seriousness anywhere in the world! Dear Federica, change your profession. Dear owners if you really can’t change things, a little overhaul to the staff and food would make your hotel at least a worthy 3 star and not a tourist boarding house!

We stayed at the end of August 2025 and the experience was horrible. Can't understand why it has so many positive reviews. The rooms and bathrooms are old and badly isolated, you can basically hear other guests talk. Even from the outside, it does not come with great aesthetic. The location is good, near the city center, but it's definitely not worth the price they charge. I understand it's Cortina d'Ampezo, but there are way better hotels for the same price in town.

The structure is somewhat outdated (avoid the number 414 of very small size that politely changed us the next day), the staff is friendly (a special thanks to the night porter for his exquisite kindness) and the cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable Neglectable, however, the catering for both breakfast ((hot drinks dispensed from an old machine) and dinner (buffet, scarce) Great location
