Beautiful structure perfect for visiting Piacenza. Right in the center, very kind staff, both Francesco and his mother. Definitely worth returning. Clean room with air conditioning and mosquito nets. Breakfast that could be had in the historic courtyard

The pretty photos don’t depict reality. The room, although clean and modern, is very dark and entrance to shower and Toilet is single file only. OK there’s an underground well feature in the bedroom, but that didn’t enhance our experience. We were charged an additional 10€ for parking, by the old lady, presumably the mother. I have kept the receipt. Breakfast was served outside. The unkempt exterior would benefit from attention and the “breakfast” was the saddest I’ve ever been served. “Toast” had been made hours earlier and was soggy and inedible. The croissants cheap supermarket plastic bag variety and what were we to do with a plate of dry biscuits? Coffee was served by the cup, but we were allowed a second.😋 I would not recommend this place.

we have been so lucky to find out such a nice place to stay in. it is located in the town center a few meters on foot from pedestrian areas, in a historical building where privacy and silence is guaranteed. the accommodation has been fully refurbished and our room had two original wells saved from the restoration and covered by a thick glass slab with iight inside. we left light on at night, which created such a nice atmosphere. Common area is equipped with brand new furniture and kitchen equipment. lovely and fresh breakfast was ready every morning and room cleaning can agree at any time with the landlord. it is also available free private car park, quite impossible to find in B&B arrangements. what else? Francesco and his mum Maria were so friendly and available to make our stay perfect. free wifi obviously, cosy double bed, wooden ceiling with beams, tea kettle and cups in the room, big window with garden view.
