Monzoni Hotel

Embarrassingly, arrived at the structure I was greeted in a rude way, checked in at 3 pm because before they do not, I go to the room, the room is dated and not from 4 star structure, dinner time arrives, I sit at the table and after 40 minutes the first arrives, for the second we waited about 1 hour and a half and did not arrive, I went to the reception saying that I was leaving and I would not pay for the half board service. Arrives the morning of check out and I report again what happened and deduct from the total only dinner, no other burden for the trouble. I would also like to express my disappointment at the failure to comply with minimum hygiene and safety standards for such facilities. Speaking with other guests present in the structure for several days they confirmed that what I experienced one night they are experiencing constantly from their entire stay. Hotel to avoid absolutely. I've never been in such an obscene situation when I've been around for work. With this review I hope to avoid other people such an experience.

Average hotel We went with friends to spend the New Year. In the rooms there is carpeting unhygienic thing. the supplies, furniture and rooms are very old, it would take a nice redevelopment and a lot of attention to detail. The staff is very helpful and friendly! It is worth reviewing the entertainment during dinner and that during New Year’s Eve, really disappointing. Breakfast is good and varied, dinner is good but remains average. Honestly it is not a 4 star hotel!
