We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Every wish is taken into consideration here, and the needs of the customer are addressed. I would claim it is a luxury hotel where everyone is welcomed and not treated condescendingly. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully prepared. The rooftop pool was large enough, and there were various lounging options on two levels that allowed for a great view of the spectacular scenery. I think it is especially inviting in the winter, as the path to the pool leads through a heated room. So, no one has to be cold here. The absolute best part and our highlight was the fabulous gourmet cuisine. A fabulous display of creativity, culinary art, and passion. I cannot praise the cuisine enough; it simply must be experienced. The location of the hotel is also worth mentioning. We were provided with a parking space right next door. There is so much to discover, and the hotel was perfectly situated for our excursion plans. Thank you very much!

My partner and I stayed at this hotel and we had a really great time. It was not our first time in Val Gardena, but it was our first time at Hotel Touring and we can say that it exceeded our expectations. Everything was impeccable: the food, always excellent and varied, the staff, extremely kind, professional and always available, and the splendid panoramic rooftop pool, which offers a truly special experience after a day in the mountains. The hotel is well-kept in every detail and we felt welcomed from the very first moment. It was a relaxing and pleasant vacation in every respect. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a quality stay in the heart of Val Gardena.

I stayed here on a girls trip and the room was the perfect set up with 4 twin beds and two bathrooms. We loved the rooftop pool and amenities at the hotel. Every staff member was incredibly kind and helpful. Our breakfast and dinner half board meals were wonderful experiences. Our waiter Hassan was the best! I would recommend and stay here again if I’m in the area.
