A very serious experience and even worse management. During our stay at Hotel Uappala, we clearly and directly communicated multiple times to the front desk, the cleaning staff, and the manager of the external company that we absolutely did not want anyone to enter our room for the entire week. The "DO NOT DISTURB" sign remained displayed continuously on the door. Despite all the communications received, the staff still entered the room without any authorization. Upon our return, we found personal belongings moved and handled, private items touched, and personal bags discarded as if they were trash. An unacceptable and deeply disrespectful behavior towards the customer and their privacy. The most absurd thing was the subsequent management: many verbal apologies, much embarrassment in front of us, an invitation to formalize everything via certified email... and then absolutely nothing. No written response, no concrete accountability, no minimal gesture towards the customer after such an incident. An operational error can happen anywhere. Completely ignoring the customer after such a serious incident is, however, a choice. As far as we are concerned, a terrible experience and a facility that we absolutely cannot recommend to anyone who expects seriousness, respect for privacy, and real attention towards the customer.

Spectacular week all Excellent both the structure and the restaurant only sore note the ski equipment rental service, old with helmets not sanitized and on return you also allow you to check the equipment you return. Personally I rented a top-of-the-range ski but they gave me a ski about 5 years old stra used and dangerous on the slopes. If you can rent out.

Chosen almost ‘by chance’ for a skiing holiday turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and excellent and plentiful breakfast and dinner service. A stone's throw from the lifts. All at a competitive price.
