The view does not do everything! From the hotel garden the view of the major lake is superb but the property is not up to the 3 stars displayed: old room , no air conditioning , inefficient soundproofing , very erased staff . Only one other positive, a well stocked breakfast.

Comfortable 3-star hotel with superb lake views, from our 2 bedrooms. Quiet assured, but it is necessary to allow a good ten minutes and not fear the small mountain roads to reach the restaurants of Stresa in the evening. Private parking well occupied. Decent breakfast, but this is not the bread from our home. Smiling welcome without being warm. In summary: 4 very pleasant nights

I stayed 2 nights in this hotel with my husband and my son excellent cleanliness as perfect was the reception. Friendly and affable staff if we return to Stresa safe we will choose this place again. The view of the lake from the balcony of the room was spectacular!!!
