Grand Dino

Contrary to many reviews, we found the staff very pleasant and welcoming; even though the hotel has many rooms, we managed to find nice little corners away from it all to recharge, the small private beach on the lake is really a plus, and the view of the lake is just exceptional. I highly recommend this establishment.

All through delicious stay and a hotel in a class for itself.. This is the second time I have been there (first time was in 2019 at a conference and this time with the family) so I knew the hotel before. We experienced a hotel with a lot of life but also a hotel that just ran with high standard and fantastic surroundings.. We had views of the lake and it was a really nice thing to be able to sit and enjoy the view in the evening with all the lights in the surrounding cities and boats on the water.. Our experience was super relaxed and everything was good.. The staff was very polite and helpful despite other reviews here on Tripadvisor.. Baveno is a lovely city that we would love to visit again and Grand Hotel Dino we will definitely stay again 😊😊

Location is excellent, Atmosphere is good, rooms are nice with a balcony overlooking the pool and the lake. Cleanliness with a question mark, amnesties normal, they don't serve small bottles of water in the rooms, except on the first day of arrivals. Value on the expensive range, serve gluten free breakfast. Must pay extra 12€ to use the gym very strange it is not included in the hotel room fees.
