Very good value for money. The staff is friendly and attentive to resolving the guests' needs. Very good breakfast with house-made pastries. Very good restaurant at reasonable prices.

Room in the attic with a view of the lake (quite partial). Small, essential renovation. Very small newly renovated bathroom, with limited shelves for placing items, excellent shower. The worst thing is the lack of soundproofing, and with rude neighbors in the adjacent room who were shouting and talking on their cell phones in the hallway until late at night, we really got very little rest. The staff at the reception was kind. Sparse and poorly stocked breakfast, staff in the breakfast room was not very present.

Hotel located far from the entrance to the town of Arona on a very busy street. The welcome is affable, the staff is available. Parking is free but remember to reserve a spot. There is a restaurant on site. The rooms are charming and functional. Jet shower. Very clean. Well-stocked breakfast. Fair value for money.
