Splendid

Very elegant hotel. Beautiful rooms. Had hair dryers in the room and a kettle to make tea. Pool is beautiful but very cold. Bar tenders were fun. Excellent areas outside to sit and visit

The Hotel Staff was excellent. I had a mishap where I left my diamond jewelry in the room and did not discover until checked out. Because we were on a tour bus, we could not turn around to go back to get it. Davide and Raquel helped navigate the return of my jewelry. As you can imagine, I was very emotional. They assured me that my jewelry was safely locked in the hotel safe, and they went above and beyond to assist me in getting it sent back to the United States. Thank you so much. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were gorgeous, the grounds stunning.

We got a room under the, temperature was felt 30 degrees, effectively about 25. There was no air conditioning (state ban). The room next door had the same temperature. Switching to a room on the other side would have cost us an additional 85 euros per night. We stayed three nights, every night I took a cold shower and went to bed wet. We were happy with the meals, bar and staff otherwise.
