Rooms little clean.no change of linen in three days. Reception mediocre.la breakfast : croissants packaged.fruit and cold cuts of poor quality. To have breakfast we had to go out into the street with the cold!!

Good room not very large but clean, strategic location to reach the center of Turin on foot easily, in the immediate vicinity also a secure car park (for a fee), good solution to spend a few days in the city

Very pleasant accommodation that could have been perfect with a few improvements. What we liked: The welcome from the young woman in the café / reception was outstanding. She was kind and helpful. When we left, the young man in the cafe called a taxi for us. The personal service was great. We loved the location – very handy to most attractions – and the room (in the annexe, across the piazza) was spacious and comfortable. The decor was pleasant (old-world / shabby-chic). What we didn't like: We were disappointed there were no tea/coffee-making facilities in the room. There was a small kitchen area (with a fridge and non-functional sink); it would have been easy to provide a kettle/coffee-maker. As breakfast was in another street (in the cafe) and wasn’t offered until 8.30am, this wasn’t a practical option for us; an early coffee in the room would have been ideal. A specific problem was that the light fittings beside the bed had modern globes that didn’t quite fit. I accidentally touched the base and received a shock. This is dangerous and needs to be fixed.
