Belforte Hotel

It represented an association that has been working in the area these days to enhance it. We arranged with a travel agency for incoming work and received excellent service. Unfortunately, a room booked the previous Friday was unfortunately canceled the Tuesday before the Saturday check-in, and the establishment decided, according to its policy, to charge us the full amount. Expressing my disappointment to the hotel management, I received the standard courteous response. It's a pity that if I used booking.com, I could have booked the room for €5 more but could cancel it for free up to 24 hours before arrival. Does this mean I have to give up using agencies, penalizing local businesses and allowing large online companies to thrive? It's a shame; there are indeed different policy rules, but I believe there is also human discretion that can sometimes be applied! I personally believe that a room does not make the "actors" in this dispute either poor or rich, but I certainly want to highlight this to anyone who may need to use this establishment so they can clarify the agreements if they proceed using traditional means rather than online!

The structure itself is beautiful, a very appealing rustic-style building, with some outdoor parking and an underground parking lot, decent hospitality. It is located right at the highway exit. This can be very convenient but sometimes noisy; overall, it is fine, the rooms are of sufficient size, and the breakfast is good. My room had some technical issues: the air conditioning was functioning strangely, perhaps it was my fault, the shower had a nice bathtub effect which caused a slight clog in the drain, and the toilet was a bit wobbly; well, all in all, these are manageable issues for three days. Okay, everything could make you want to return and recommend it if it weren't for the fact that at 6:45 AM you are forced to wake up if you do not have very, very, very deep sleep; the noises from dishes and glasses, the coffee machine, and the moving tables force you to wake up, unacceptable noises for a four-star hotel, resulting in only six hours of forced sleep. So if you need to get up early, then it's okay, but if you are going to rest in vacation mode, I do not feel like recommending it at all. In conclusion, I rate it 5/10 and I have doubts about whether it truly deserves the four stars. Beautiful experience.

We stayed there one night but the staff were really nice and the breakfast buffet was delicious! The rooms are cozy and you have all the necessities you need int he bathroom. I highly recommend this place. Thank you!
