We had a great time: the hotel is in a strategic location to reach the city center on foot with a short walk, and convenient parking is just around the corner. Our room was not large but very clean, quiet, and had everything necessary to make our stay enjoyable. The staff at the reception was very kind and professional.

The last time I stayed at this hotel it was still a three star and I must say that, now that it has become a 4 star the difference can be seen and is abysmal: congratulations. Clean and well-stocked rooms, helpful staff, good furnishings, consistent price. Unfortunately I did not have breakfast and nothing I can say.

I had already been to Turin in another hotel of the BW chain and compared to this there are light years of difference (here for the worse). Very small room, with little space for luggage and to move around the bed. In-room benefits almost non-existent: the TV had neither Rai channels, nor Sky channels (despite the fact that on the site it says that Sky channels are available in the rooms); there were no electrical outlets near the bedside tables; there were no slippers; there was only one bottle of water despite the reservation was for two people. Spacious and clean bathroom but the gargoyle had limestone. Reception staff helpful and professional but overall the service offered is absolutely not that of a 4-star hotel.
