Castello di Santa Vittoria

Everything was wonderful… the pool, the view, the dinner in the garden and the perfect breakfast. Bravo and very attentive staff

Nice hotel! We had a large bedroom and you can park there just fine. It is a nice base for a beautiful environment. At the reception, they will gladly help you with booking restaurants or other activities. The breakfast is okay, you have croissants, rolls, toast, drinks, egg, bacon, ham slices, and Nutella and jam. This is the same every day. It is also stated everywhere on the table that you may order a maximum of 2 drinks (coffee and tea) to keep the hotel affordable. This is special. Furthermore, I would advise you not to be at breakfast later than 9:30, otherwise you will only have the leftovers. Sandwiches are therefore no longer replenished.

The place is magnificent with a beautiful view, but we are very far from the services offered: the bathroom, a tiny shower, the sink comes up to our hips (and we are short), no bathtub or large shower like in the photos (which is what we booked with a supplement). A lot of noise at night (we think the insulation needs to be redone), even until 4 a.m. The restaurant, sold as exceptional, is really not the case; very expensive for canned tuna mousse, 4 ravioli, and a main course that was very salty and very greasy. Breakfast is really borderline, with effectively 2 hot drinks and no more, otherwise there is an extra charge, no fruit or bread other than sliced bread. The pool is cloudy and the hot tub is out of order. You must therefore respect your services.
