Room 320: stale, claustrophobic with the air conditioner pointing directly at the bed, so either you get frozen or you stay hot; if you plug the charger into the outlets, the main power switch starts buzzing and doesn't let you sleep, so you can't charge your cell phone overnight; when you arrive they don't tell you that overnight parking is paid, 26 euros, you find out the next morning, when outside it is free until 08:00 and if you go on the blue lines until 11:00 AM it only costs you ten euros. Furthermore, the entrance to the parking lot is already narrow for a Golf.. In addition, I asked them if it would be included in the invoice, they said yes, but in reality, it does not appear to me that it is there, in fact, it appears on the invoice register of the revenue agency 12371290011 - ANTICA DOGANA SRL: taxable amount 91.6 euros, tax 9.16 euros, so there is no trace of the 26 euro parking, I only have a POS receipt that I don't know if it will be reimbursed to me. On Booking this hotel was not expensive (78 euros for a three-star)... I am still mad at my friend for being taken in like that! A horror! Room 111 is just dilapidated beyond belief. Worn-out mattress. Limited bed linen (you are practically sleeping right on the mattress). Bathroom extremely dilapidated (see my photos which say it all). Common areas and breakfast worthy of a museum of horrors: filthy hallway floor and spiderwebs, dirty and broken decor and doors. Smell of "old" everywhere. How can anyone give 3 stars to this type of place? Breakfast: bread in quantity but dry. Fruit juice = Tang-style packet from the 80s. Night: noise from the A/C and not from the neighbors upstairs. Only positive point: the location in Turin.

The hotel has a certain charm with its desire to maintain the idea of the past from the time of Mozart. This is what attracted me. Surfing on this theme is a good idea; unfortunately, in 2026, the place is more than rococo. It needs a good refresh but also modernity. Outdated bathroom, dated room furniture. However, very clean and charming staff. Our room overlooked the inner courtyard, no noise and cool. However, the floor above is wooden, so we had the pleasure of the infernal creaking of the footsteps of the occupants. The breakfast is acceptable given the room prices; it is also included in the price of the rooms. The main advantage is the location at the gates of the old town and attractive rates.
