Hotel needs improvement; the rooms are small, and the balcony we had was located next to the bathroom, making it very impractical. Additionally, the sound insulation of the rooms is nonexistent; you can hear everything happening next door! In the evening, it is concerning as we witnessed many fights among intoxicated people around the train station! During the day, there is a lot of begging all around the hotel, which makes one feel unsafe! The value for money needs significant improvement; however, the staff is quite nice, I must say!

Excellent historical structure near the Turin station. The staff is truly exquisite and the interiors are like a fairy tale. Rooms are large and very clean; breakfast is truly excellent. Convenient for those who need to work in Turin. The only drawback is that there is no parking, and you have to find it yourself. Or go to a garage nearby, which is a bit pricey.
