Hotel Adalesia

I do not recommend this hotel at all. The parking is catastrophic, no possibility of parking or accessing it. The hotel is impossible to access. The reception is truly deplorable; I think it is the worst thing about the hotel. The staff is not gracious at all; they are just there to take the customers' money. No one gave us any advice on anything to visit. They are not smiling, not welcoming. Considering that this is a strong point for Italians, I was very mistaken. The rooms are not clean, nor is the bedding. You can hear everything, people, cars, when someone flushes the toilet. It is very, very unpleasant. Everything is far away, no possibility of visiting Turin on foot. Nor of parking in the city center. We had inquired beforehand, and fortunately so. For breakfast, there is not much. They do not even want to prepare a coffee or anything else for you. I am very, very disappointed with the hotel.

Good hotel in the center of Turin to get to know the city and access the museums. Good rooms and a good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended!!

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights at the beginning of June. The location is excellent for reaching all the places to visit. The room is large and spacious with air conditioning, a minibar, a safe, a comfortable well-organized and clean bathroom, and a large shower. The buffet breakfast is very good and plentiful. The staff is kind and helpful. I recommend it.
