Room nothing like photos, shower old dirty and with a curtain around. Despite asking for a change to the quality of room booked we were left in the very old small room.

Hotel just 2 minutes from Porta Nuova station, super cozy, super clean, and with a highly friendly staff. I traveled with my daughter for a concert, large room, very comfortable bed, and impeccable cleanliness. Rooms are extremely quiet; overall, excellent value for money. After exploring the floors, I think the hotel has been recently renovated because honestly, I did not find anything I disliked. It does not offer breakfast, but in my opinion, it is more of a 4-star hotel rather than the 2 stars they have. In the room, there are also 2 complimentary bottles of water for guests. I absolutely recommend it.

I leaned for a few days to the structure with my sister in a double room. We had a great time, first of all for the meticulous cleaning of the rooms and linen, fresh, fragrant and reciprocated every day. Then for the convenience of its location and finally for the availability of the concierge open 24 hours a day. It is true that they do not give breakfast, but the morning drinks with a kettle available in the room, free coffee or cappuccino with a machine open to all guests, are well enough in the morning. I recommend it and I will return when I move on Turin
