Stayed during the book fair. Pleasant environment, quiet and clean rooms, and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Very convenient location of the hotel.

We stayed one night during the May Day weekend. The hotel is already neglected from the outside and the entrance is particularly dilapidated. The staff were not only unprofessional, but also expressed inappropriate and completely inappropriate political views, both when we arrived and when we reported the loud noise coming from the next room — a situation for which, moreover, no action was taken. The room was quite clean, a bit old-fashioned. I would never go back.

I stayed for 3 days in this hotel as my father underwent surgery at the Molinette hospital and we are not from the area. Ideal for those who have this type of need as it is literally a 3-minute walk from the Molinette. Large and clean rooms but above all helpful friendly and professional staff. It does not have an internal restaurant but there are places nearby to have lunch and dinner. Sweet and savoury buffet breakfast in which nothing is missing. Highly recommended
