Hotel Michelangelo

Strategic location as central but with parking available , clean and well soundproofed rooms , friendly and professional staff and with an exquisite and assorted pastry shop Strategic location as on foot you reach the beautiful center of Biella When I am in the area the reservation in this Hotel is for me a guarantee of rest and general relaxation

The kindness of the staff, really commendable, and the good breakfast, can not be enough to give a sufficient assessment to a hotel that demonstrates, in every area and aspect, the many years passed without any updating and renovation of the structure. The furniture, the carpet, the accessories, everything goes back many years and certainly does not promote a feeling of comfort. I'm sorry but I wouldn't recommend it.

We did not stay at the hotel but we used the Pastry (Pastry Creator by Igino Massari). Bad service and bad reception, haughty staff. My wife was even denied use of the bathroom after consuming for 15.90 euros. Probably the fault of my alpine hat and the concurrence of the alpine gathering. Stuff to call law enforcement, but with this never again!!!!
