Extremely noisy bed, barely slept. Street noise was also clearly heard from the room. Reported it to the staff at 6:00 AM on July 30, but they just said, “Okay, bye.” Very disappointing.

Clearly advertised as features 2 bedrooms guests can relax on the terrace and stay connected with free wifi Location changed on the day different address to what was booked. 2 rooms booked only 1 provided, rollout couch, not made ready. $175 was quoted and confirmed $186:40 when we arrived No tv. No wifi. No terrace as stated in booking No shower connected to the wall just the hose with a head attached not appropriate Folding shower screen very difficult to seal against the top of the bath tub leading to pools of water while you wave the shower hose around trying to shower. All in all very disappointed

You do not expect a modern or elegant hotel but for the category of hotel and the price of the rooms the hotel in my opinion is excellent. Very practical. Attached to the Porta Susa train station allows you to get to the center on foot in a maximum of 15 minutes along one of the most beautiful streets of the city which is pedestrian. Rooms old but large and clean. Breakfast varied and plentiful. Very kind staff! I recommend using their cheap and comfortable parking lots
