M&T Apartment - XX Settembre

This is a real apartment in the city center of Turin near the Porta Nuova station. The owner of this apartment himself lives next door. It may be troublesome at the check in. The key of the room was handled by the owner directly. So I made an appoint time with him. He was very kind that I could change the time due to my travel scheduling. The query of time was emailed from the owner. The room was equipped with normal apartment interior, furniture, and tableware in the kitchen . I used the microwave, wash-machine and the iron. The room is on the 6th floor, the top floor. It has large balcony and you can see the mountain range of the Alps. On the street below, the city tram runs from early in the morning to midnight. The sound may bother you. There is a Carrefour nearby within couple of minutes walk. You can buy anything for living. Totally, I was satisfied with this stay, feeling like living in Turin.

I had an amazing time. I'm 6ft1 and very plus size and was fine on the sofabed, the location is perfect (the city sightseeing tour bus even goes on that street!) and the location next to Rossopomodoro was perfect as though technically a chain, this restaurant was one of the best we went to the whole trip. Marco was helpful and friendly, AND THERE IS A LIFT! so the 6 floors are not a problem even on arrival with baggage. I'd definitely stay there again! Short walk from the Porto Nuovo Sadem bus shuttle drop off point!

Apartment (XX settembre) is bang in the centre. One double bedroom and a pull out sofa. Most amenities, big bathroom, reasonably clean place (except for a slight whiff of drainage smell in bathroom sometimes). Has a very nice outside space with views of the mountains over the rooftops. Sofa could do with a good clean up though. Prices very affordable though and I would recommend the place. Free wifi too
