Residenza Delle Alpi

Always a guarantee our friend Gianni. The rooms are spacious and super clean. A few minutes from the juventus stadium, ample parking. Only shame if we want to find it, that there is no breakfast service but otherwise, all top

Let me make a premise: I did not book it and I would never have booked it. I went to the stadium with two friends for the Champions League and one of them told me he would take care of the booking in Turin. He had chosen a B&B, nice and downtown (although I prefer only hotels, never apartments or similar), but he booked only the last day and in the end he opted for this. Already on arrival at reception there was a bad smell (like sewer), but luckily the allocated room was on the fifth floor and the smell could not be smelled. Positive notes: proximity to the stadium and the kindness and helpfulness of the reception staff at both check and check out, good people. For the rest: It's not a hotel, it's apartments with various rooms, zero privacy. Apartment looks clean, bathroom ditto but..... Heating nonexistent, weak I preferred to sleep with a sweater for the cold. After a few hours I woke up with an allergy attack, the mattress and sheets did not seem spotless, however it is very "lived" linen. I took an antihistamine but ended up sleeping 2/3 scarce hours. Discolored bathroom linen, I think it was black at the origin,) which does not give a feeling of cleanliness. I preferred to dry myself with paper. It is fine for young fans or foreigners with very little pretension, but for me it is totally rejected. In the end I forgave my friend, who was mortified, but I will not let him choose anything EVER again! Ps advance payment before going up to the room, rightly so, otherwise I would run away.

Dated hotel, which does not want to renew or improve but which, due to its proximity to the Juventus stadium, arrives at prices that triple overnight. The staff is helpful and friendly, the location good because it is close to the bus stop leading to downtown. The very large rooms, real apartments with really livable entrances or balconies. Too bad the furniture is dated, dented or swollen from moisture in the bathrooms. The linens are hallucinatory, in all the rooms. Leopard, zebra, with mixed colors, but certainly much used and discolored, sometimes even pierced. Black, faded towels that do not transmit the cleanliness that is found in the hotel. Too bad this management.
