River Hotel

We had booked a room that was supposed to have a crib available for our 1-year old. When we got there the staff member said that; "both of the cribs were in use by other guests". He suggested that our child should sleep in a normal-sized bed "with chairs" as protection so she wouldn't fall of the bed. We were of course upset and talked to another staff member the day after that told us "they don't have any cribs and wouldn't get us any during our stay". This also meant that the first staff member lied to us. The breakfast was awful. They didn't have any bowls so we had to eat cereals out of a glass. There were none chairs for babies/toddlers in their breakfast area. The room itself was quite cold and it stunk from the bathroom. We wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially not to those traveling with children.

Very good in the middle of the city near the river po very good if you have to only sleep in it kids don't pay and open for 24 hours and very cheap and they xo breakfast aswell. It's very very good.bus stops near bye chinese people run it but they are very nice they will make you a map and tell you the hours of the bus and wich one to get and where to get of. It does smell a bit but it doesn't matter rooms are big and comfy its in the center of turin if you go to the juventus stadium it will only take you 30/45 minuits.

unfortunately request for 3rd bed for kid had not been taken into account paid supplement and got the bed on second night reception lady was watching films poor service for breakfast NOTHING fresh which in Italy is surprising (no orange juice! no chocolate for kids etc... 2 towels for 5 people Only advantage : location and nice restaurant in the neighborough The hostel could be a nice place if run by committed direction
