Every time I come to Turin I stay at this hotel and I have always had a great time. The location is perfect, the property is unpretentious, and the staff is friendly and pleasant.

I lightened up the night of March 10. Room full of bugs including one in the sheets. No overnight assistance to be able to change rooms. The following day, after spending the night without sleep, I inform the only person present to serve breakfast. I expected an apology but his answers were “we are close to the Po, so it is normal “... and to my continuous complaints another answer “.... What do you want ... I did not put the bugs “.... I expected at least an apology!!! Little education and little professionalism.... Besides little cleaning and attention to the management of the rooms!

Great location very convenient to reach the city of health, elegant and spotless, no architectural barrier and easily accessible even by wheelchair users. Clean and quiet rooms, to prefer pool/river side to street side, even if well soundproofed. Friendly staff is extremely available. Good continental breakfast buffet, the essentials are there.
