Points in favour: Cozy reception, good location to reach the center by tram with 20-30 min, appreciable breakfast. Points against: the structure needs renovation and more attention to some details, for example in my single room on arrival I found the window open, it was broken and not closable, repairable the next day. They tightened it tight, and better, pending repair, which actually happened the following day. However, the window does not manage to dampen road noise, it needs to be renovated. The back of the bed instead had a detached side, fallen to the ground, with the nails exposed. Quiet area, with shopping center very close and convenient parking in the street in front of the hotel. I thank the reception for their kindness.

It is a small family-run hotel. It's very well kept. Both the rooms and the rest of the structure. Breakfast is delicious and effect in a nice room. The staff was very kind, they found a way to accommodate us for every request. The tram to the center is opposite, 20 minutes to get downtown. On foot you can also reach a shopping center.
