I stayed from Friday evening to Sunday morning. The hotel boasts a wonderful location! Right from the start all the staff was very welcoming, professional and friendly! Fantastic breakfast room, overlooking the lake, as well as the room! The latter, very large, with bathroom just as comfortable! Very accurate cleaning! Breakfast very rich and varied! We stayed 1 week in September 2025 and had a room on the 3rd floor with great panoramic views over Lake Maggiore. The room was clean and neat, though a bit old - the "balkony" unfortunately only offered a standing place because it was very small. The breakfast buffet is perfectly adequate - maybe you could put a coffee machine for self-service, then you would no longer be dependent on the Service. The location is great and we have also found free parking nearby. Within walking distance are countless restaurants, bars etc. The staff is extremely nice, friendly and helpful.

Hotel in a great location but the photos on the site do not correspond to what was found. It's definitely in need of modernization. Upon check-in we were told that we had been given a free upgrade consisting of a lake view room (actually we had booked a room with a view). We've been assigned an attic room. Very uncomfortable bed with really old blanket. Mini bar resting on the ground (inside glasses with insects), rattan table, small TV, no shower but bathtub without glass (we had to shower on our knees not to sprinkle water). Bathroom set practically non-existent. Poor breakfast as quality and variety of products. At check out we complained about the room and were told that it was the most beautiful in the hotel and that it is tastes.
